A burger franchise in Texas, Whataburger, is trying to prevent people from suing their establishment even if a customer should happen to get ecoli from one of their scrumptious morsels. The story was just forwarded to me by the kind folks at The Foundation for Taxpayer & Consumer Rights. Whatayou thinking Whataburger?
