Well, it’s been a little while since a really good “tort reform” hypocrite entered the scene. (Actually, not so long ago, but I digress.)
You may have heard about it, the former Bush aide who sued over the clunker movie Swing Vote, saying parts of the plot and marketing were stolen from him. Turns out he used to run an organization that works to take away people's rights to sue. Last night "Countdown with Keith Olbermann" slammed this guy pretty hard. It's the first item in his "Bushed" segment. We thought you might enjoy it!
