Federal Agencies Continue to Fall Down on the Job

We’ve discussed before the failures of the FDA to inspect foreign facilities, in violation of its responsibilities. Now, congressional investigators confirm the worst.  And not to leave out the Consumer Project Safety Commission, the Wall Street Journal reports “Toys Containing Banned Plastics Still on Market.”
