We’re certainly thrilled for all Texans that a group dedicated to taking away their legal rights – Texans for Lawsuit Reform – has been dissolved by the state of Texas! Hooray!
Incredibly, this comes after repeated (here and here) notifications by the state that the group was not in compliance with state law.
So this group, whose entire existence is focused on Texas law – actually dismantling it for the sick and injured - representing major CEO’s and industries in Texas, isn’t competent enough to meet state law to even stay alive? Does anyone find this ironic?
Not that we’re complaining, but really.
