Keith Olbermann came through on Countdown last night with a good piece about how the Bush Administration is using federal agencies to immunize from wrongdoing every dirty and reckless industry it can by trying to block all lawsuits by people who have been hurt. Even though ThePopTort talks about this a lot (like here), this kind of news coverage doesn't happen every day (although next time, I hope Keith and his guest are able to add a couple points, like that regulations and lawsuits aren't the same - lawsuits are the only way to compensate people - and, as the U.S. Supreme Court very well knows, these regs raise some serious constitutional issues!)
Thanks for bringing this to our attention. Well done.
