Great post. Another great example of "pick and choose" politics. In North Carolina, State Rep. Stephen LaRoque is arguing for tort reform because trial lawyers are abusing the system "to buy bigger yachts." Last October, Rep. LaRoque hired some of those very trial lawyers and sued his election opponent for defamation.
