Absolutely correct. Taking advantage of these patients is even worse than the failing the requirement to read a person their rights during arrest.

It is intentional deception to not insist on legal representation.
Any agreements made without legal representation are by definition intentionally taking unfair advantage of vulnerable victims.
No more complicated than that.

I know all too well how UMHS operates with regard to disclosure. I am a victim who was lured in by RM and without legal representation. Bound and Gagged.
