Hear, hear.

It's time to enforce the Seventh Amendment right to a civil jury trial.

It's time for these clauses to go.

Some Republicans support forced arbitration, but as a constitutional conservative, I think ending them is a no-brainer.

You're right that Congress should allow CMS to go forward with its proposed rule limiting the use of these clauses in nursing home contracts (ideally, the agency would simply ban the clauses).

We should also support CFPB's forthcoming regulations banning the clauses in credit card and other consumer credit contracts.
