Kudos to Rep. Katie Porter for revealing the Chamber's hidden anti-consumer, anti-investor agenda.

When the Chamber talks about "certainty," what they really mean is that they want to make sure that no matter how many times they violate the law, and how many victims they harm, they can't be held accountable. No way. No how.

Rigged arbitration gives them that certainty.
